Terms of Sale
Please read these terms and conditions of sale carefully, please come back to this page for future reference. It is also advisable to retain a copy of your sales order for future reference in your email inbox.
Wireless Lighting Store reserves the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website; and/or change the Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the Website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such a change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether these conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the conditions then you must stop using the website.
Description and price of the goods
The description and price of the goods you order will be as shown on www.wirelesslightingstore.com at the time you place your order.
The goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not available in stock, Wireless Lighting Store will inform you (as detailed on the delivery page), as soon as possible and refund or credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on this website are accurate at the time you place your order. Should there be an error, Wireless Lighting Store will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling your order. If Wireless Lighting Store does not receive an order confirmation within 14 days of informing you of the error, the order will be cancelled automatically and the customer will be refunded. If you cancel, Wireless Lighting Store will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
Payment for the goods and delivery charges can be made by any method shown on the payment pages.
Goods are the property of Wireless Lighting Store until full cleared payment has been received including with any delivery charges.
Please note their may be additional delivery charges for international orders, you will receive an invoice from email@example.com for any difference in international postal costs.
There will be no dispatch of goods until cleared funds are received.
Should the payment be returned at a later stage, we reserve the right to regain possession of the goods that we own legal title of, either by phone, email, letter or an approved collection service, regardless of whether the goods were purchased through a third party or not.

If you fail to take delivery because you have cancelled your contract under the Distance Selling Regulations, Wireless Lighting Store shall refund or credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods, less any expenses incurred for failed delivery.
Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, Wireless Lighting Store will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Where possible we will email & call with customer updates, assuming our suppliers inform us in a timely manner.
We hold thousands of pounds of stock and have immediate access to all our suppliers stock, but there are inevitably going to be some issues with the 20,000 products we operate with, we would ask our customers to take this into consideration. Please note it is in our interest to supply you with the fastest service with a complete set of products, splitting consignments costs us duplicate carriage fees absorbed by the company.
When your order arrives you must check for damages and or shortages. Claims for damages and or shortages have to be made within 3 days of receipt of your delivery.

Risk/Title of goods
The goods are at your risk from the time of delivery.
Cancellation and Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of 7 working days after you receive the goods, providing the goods have not been fitted or modified in any way and providing they are returned with the original packaging and providing the goods are in a resalable condition.

Orders can be cancelled before they have been dispatched but If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been dispatched, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Wireless Lighting Store at your own cost. The goods must be returned to the address shown below. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.
Once you have notified Wireless Lighting Store that you are cancelling the contract, we will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
Should your order qualify for free delivery and you return your items for refund or exchange, Wireless Lighting Store reserves the right to process your refund less a charge for our incurred postage fee of between £3.99 and £25 for UK orders and between £7.50 and £100 for international orders.
You will not be charged a re-stocking fee if you decide you do not require the goods, we will look to recover our postage costs only (see above). It will be the client’s responsibility to send the goods back to us (at their own cost) and to ensure they are returned in a re-saleable condition.
However in certain circumstances where a customer decides to return goods after the 30 day time period & we incur a re-stocking fee with the manufacturer, you may be liable for the same re-stocking fee that the manufacturer charges us.
Special products built to order are non-refundable.
Should the goods be returned in an unsatisfactory condition, Wireless Lighting Store reserves the right to reject an application for a refund for goods that have been damaged and will return the damaged stock back to the client (return postage fees to be paid by client).
If you do not return the goods as required, Wireless Lighting Store may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.

All goods supplied by Wireless Lighting Store are warranted free from defects for 12 months from the date of supply (unless otherwise stated). This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, you should notify Wireless Lighting Store in writing via email at email@example.com within 7 days. Initially you will be responsible for returning the goods to Wireless Lighting Store at your own cost; your return will be inspected upon delivery to us and providing the goods have been returned as required you may be issued with a refund for the carriage costs incurred. The goods must be returned to the address shown below. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged further in the meantime or in transit.
Should the goods supplied to you develop a defect while under warranty or you have any other complaint about the goods, you should notify Wireless Lighting Store in writing via the e-mail address telephone number shown below, as soon as possible. Initially you will be responsible for returning the goods to Wireless Lighting Store at your own cost; your return will be inspected upon delivery to Wireless Lighting Store and providing the goods have been returned as required you may be issued with a refund for the carriage costs incurred. The goods must be returned to the address shown below. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged further in the meantime or in transit.
Installation / Fitting
You must ensure that any installation / fitting of goods purchased from Wireless Lighting Store is carried out by a qualified electrician.
From 1st January 2005 any installation / fitting of non portable lighting may be subject to Part P of the current building regulations, for more information please contact your local building regulations office.
Failure to have none portable lighting installed / fitted by a qualified electrician will invalidate your warranty and may be in breach of the current building regulations.
Any electrician should be able to demonstrate one of the following qualifications: BRE Certification Limited, British Standards Institute, ELECSA Limited, NICEIC Certification Services Ltd, N.A.P.I.T.

Limitation of Liability
Wireless Lighting Store total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, and restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this agreement shall be limited to the price paid for the goods.
Under no circumstances will Wireless Lighting Store be held responsible for but not limited to additional electrician or any other contractor fees that arise because of but not limited to late, damaged or incorrect delivery of goods. You should not book an electrician or any other contractor on the basis of an ETA set by the supplier. We move products as fast as we can (Our warehouse works 7 days a week), but cannot be held accountable for supplier & courier delays.
Wireless Lighting Store will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure but unless Wireless Lighting Store is negligent, we will not be liable for unauthorized access to information supplied by you.
